We are pleased to announce that we have achieved full occupancy in our OVUM project in Cologne-Braunsfeld together with our joint venture partner FAY Projects GmbH! This important step was achieved with the signing of the lease agreement with the Rewe supermarket chain for the 1,430 sqm supermarket space.
OVUM now presents itself as a versatile multi-tenant property with an attractive mix of office, retail, restaurant, and hotel space. With more than half of the building already handed over to tenants, there is finally a sense of completion.
In the heart of Cologne-Braunsfeld, centrally located between the popular residential areas around Aachener Straße and Park Linné in the south and the dynamic new development in the traditionally commercial areas in the northeast, something completely new is emerging: an urban meeting place.
