For the second year in a row, Alfons & alfreda is sharing its sustainability journey and highlighting our goals, achievements, changes, and adjustments. Amidst a turbulent year for real estate developers, we have held our own, stuck to most of our sustainability goals, and successfully reduced our corporate emissions. Of particular note is that we have taken a decisive step forward with the introduction of emissions measurements for our buildings.
We are pleased to present our latest initiative in this report—a non-profit service developed exclusively for non-governmental organizations (NGOs). Our services now extend to the renovation of owner-occupied office buildings for aid organizations to increase their productivity. This unique approach allows these organizations to focus on their core charitable work while entrusting us with the development work.
