The project involves the construction of a new four-part building complex with a two-level underground parking garage. The property is located in the western Cologne district of Braunsfeld, between high-quality residential areas in the south and commercial structures in the north.

Public space with a high quality of stay

A district combining office, hotel, restaurant and retail uses is being built on the approx. 12,000 m² site. The individual buildings are arranged around a striking oval public square, which, thanks to the mix of uses, will ensure that the area is lively even outside office hours.

In a good neighborhood

The building complex creates a street space with the continuous facade along Stolberger Strasse and Eupener Strasse, as well as attractive spatial sequences. The five- to six-storey clinker brick buildings rise up from a 5.75-metre-high entrance base floor consisting of high-quality exposed concrete arches. The design creates attractive sequences of spaces: from the guided tour through enclosed paths between the buildings to an open oval square.
