It's all in the mix

The project involves the construction of a new four-part building complex with a two-story underground car park. The site is located in the western Cologne district of Braunsfeld, between high-quality residential areas in the south and commercial structures in the north.

Public space with a high quality of life

A neighborhood is being built on the approximately 12,000 m² site, which combines office, hotel, restaurant, and retail uses. The individual buildings are arranged around a striking oval-shaped public square, which will enliven the surrounding area even outside office hours thanks to the mix of uses.

In a good neighborhood

The building ensemble creates a street space with a continuous façade along Stolberger Straße and Eupener Straße, as well as attractive spatial sequences. The five- to six-story clinker-brick buildings rise above a 5.75-meter-high entrance base consisting of high-quality exposed concrete arches. The design creates attractive spatial sequences: from the guided path between the buildings to an opening oval plaza.
