We are delighted to announce that we have achieved full occupancy at our OVUM project in Cologne-Braunsfeld together with our joint venture partner FAY Projects GmbH! This important step was reached with the signing of the lease with supermarket chain Rewe for the 1,430-square-meter supermarket space.
OVUM now presents itself as a versatile multi-tenant property with an attractive mix of office, retail, gastronomy and hotel space. With more than half of the building handed over to the tenants, a sense of completion is finally in sight.
In the middle of Cologne-Braunsfeld, in a central location between the popular residential areas around Aachener Strasse and Park Linné in the south and the dynamic new development in the traditional commercial areas in the northeast, something completely new is emerging: an urban meeting place.
