Signing of Hotel rental agreement for the TESTA project in the BER Airport region

At the end of the year, the first building at "TESTA" in Schönefeld was fully leased.

The hotel operator tristar will move into the BER district in 2024 with a Hampton by Hilton hotel with approximately 200 rooms on 8,000 square meters. The lease term is 25 years with an option to extend.

Tristar has over 25 hotels on the German market. As an award-winning operator in the branded hotel segment in the DACH region, it has been a partner of numerous franchisors such as Hilton, Marriot, Accor, and IHG for many years.

In addition to hotel rentals, the Quartier has recently received DGNB Gold pre-certification. There are also plans to upgrade it to Platinum status . The building complexes are being constructed in accordance with the latest energy standards, with great emphasis being placed on ESG compliance and a minimal ecological footprint in all aspects of construction and operation.
