Hotel rental in the Testa project in the BER airport region

At the end of the year, the first building at “Testa” in Schönefeld was fully rented.

The hotel operator tristar will move into the Quartier next to the BER with a Hampton by Hilton-branded hotel with around 200 rooms on 8,000 square meters from 2024. The lease has a term of 25 years with an option to extend.

Tristar is represented in the German market with over 25 hotels. As an award-winning operator in the brand hotel segment in the DACH region, it has been a partner of numerous franchisors such as Hilton, Marriot, Accor and IHG for many years.

In addition to hotel rentals, the district has recently received a DGNB Gold pre-certification. There are also plans to upgrade it to platinum status. The building complexes will be constructed according to the latest energy standards, with great emphasis being placed on ESG compliance and a minimal ecological footprint in construction and operation.
