House ONE

With House ONE, we are drawing on the history of the neighboring gasworks from 1908 – interpreted in a forward-looking and architecturally striking way.

The special, intimate location creates a unique setting that is particularly suitable for a single-tenant solution. With ideally proportioned spaces on each floor, the building offers optimal conditions for office use, but also for alternative uses such as medical practices. In terms of urban planning, the building faces south and is located on an attractive square that is enlivened by ground floor spaces with restaurants and local amenities.
