Girls Day

We are proud to announce that this year, for the first time, we organized a career information day as part of the "Girls Day" program.

As part of the program sponsored by the Federal Ministry of Education, our project developers Annabelle Brune and Luisa Peisert, together with architects from Phase 5, organized an interactive day for girls aged 13 to 16 and illustrated the professional fields of a project developer and architect.

A visit to our office, an interactive workshop based on our OVUM project in Cologne, and a subsequent tour of the construction site led by our project developer Steffen Lange sparked great enthusiasm for the field among the girls.

We are grateful for the opportunity to introduce young girls to our professions, in which women make up less than 40% of the workforce, and we hope we were able to help them in their career choices! We look forward to doing it again next year!
