On September 19, 2024, a new REWE supermarket will open in the OVUM office campus in Cologne-Braunsfeld. The supermarket, part of the project realized by FAY Projects and Alfons & alfreda, covers an area of approximately 1,230 square meters in Building E at Stolberger Straße 345. In addition, there will be spacious terrace areas for outdoor seating, located in the arcade and directly adjacent to the oval courtyard of the OVUM. The Rewe supermarket, owned by Bernhard Weis, will ensure local supply for the neighborhood and its surroundings.
With the renting of this retail space in 2023, the OVUM office campus was fully rented. The project, developed by joint venture partners FAY Projects and Alfons & alfreda, offers a total of 30,000 square meters of gold-certified commercial space that impresses with its high architectural and urban development quality. The new REWE supermarket ideally complements the urban quarter and represents an important part of the infrastructural supply.
