Girls Day

We are proud to announce that this year, for the first time, we organized a career information day as part of the “Girls Day” program.

In the program, sponsored by the Federal Ministry of Education, our project developers Annabelle Brune and Luisa Peisert, together with architects from Phase 5, designed an interactive day for four girls aged 13 to 16 years and illustrated the professional fields of a project developer and an architect.

A visit to our office, an interactive workshop using our OVUM project in Cologne as an example, and a subsequent visit to the construction site with a tour by our project developer Steffen Lange, were enough to spark the girls' interest in the field.

We would like to thank the girls for giving us the opportunity to introduce them to our professions, which have a women quota of less than 40%, and we hope we were able to help them choose a career! We'd love to do it again next year!
