The U-shaped 202-room hotel impresses with its classic architecture and atmospheric terrace. A tenant for the "La Bo" project was found as early as 2020. The British hotel chain Premier Inn, with around 810 hotels and over 76,000 rooms in the UK, signed a 25-year lease.
Sindelfingen is a dynamic business location with a focus on the automotive, mechanical engineering, metalworking, fashion, and retail industries. The town benefits from its excellent connections to the Stuttgart region's motorway network, its proximity to the trade fair center, airport, and state capital Stuttgart, as well as from business travelers, tourists, and visitors.
The S-Bahn connection, the expansion of the B 464, and the planned third junction to the A 81 provide long-term location advantages. The Mercedes-Benz plant, which is home to the group's research, development, and design departments, is just a few minutes' walk away. It is also home to "Factory 56," one of the most modern automotive production facilities. In the future, batteries for electric cars will also be produced at the site. This makes Sindelfingen one of the world's leading centers of excellence for safety, innovation, and design.
