The U-shaped 202-room hotel impresses with its classic architecture and atmospheric terrace. A tenant for the “La Bo” project was found as early as 2020. The British hotel chain Premier Inn, with around 810 hotels and over 76,000 rooms in the UK, signed a 25-year lease.
