Successful topping-out ceremony Mo 26

Construction site runs smoothly

The topping-out ceremony for our “Mo 26” project took place on October 28, 2021. The shell of the new building was completed at the end of October. Construction will be finished in the fourth quarter of 2022.

The building, which has been pre-certified with DGNB Gold, offers around 15,000 m² of gross floor space and impresses with its flexible space planning and excellent connectivity, which is underlined by a WiredScore certification. The extensively landscaped courtyards and three roof terraces with a view of the adjacent nature reserve allow for exceptional moments of relaxation within the office and give the spacious building a real neighborhood character.
