Alfons & Alfreda has chosen Colliers as the lead broker for its visionary office project THE WID in Cologne-Ehrenfeld. With this choice, the company is ensuring the strategic marketing of the project and emphasising the high relevance of the location for the Cologne office market.
Over 95,000 metres of space will be created in the commercial district development THE WID, spread across ten separate buildings, which will house a hotel and catering uses in addition to modern office space. Thanks to the small-scale structure, the project can react flexibly to market requirements and fulfil requests of all sizes.

As lead broker, Colliers will be responsible for office letting for THE WID and, in close cooperation with Alfons & Alfreda, will manage all other Cologne brokerage houses for this project in order to drive forward the marketing of the office space in a targeted manner.
