The focus of the development is to create an innovative and representative office quarter with a high degree of flexibility of the rental spaces to meet the requirements for modern working combined with sustainable structures. Next to these office spaces, the aim of the building was to provide areas to relax and exchange ideas in a pleasant atmosphere.
The office quarter is situated in the industrial park near the ‘Weilimdorf’ tram stop. This provides a direct connection to Stuttgart's central station.
The surrounding area is mainly characterised by offices and its great location with excellent transport connections thanks to its close proximity to the A81. Stuttgart city centre can be easily reached in less than 20 minutes by car.
