Completion of our housing project in Dortmund

The Dortmund Von-den-Berken-Straße 3 construction project was completed and handed over to the buyers at the end of 2021. 62 well-furnished rental apartments were built close to the city centre, with the aim of transforming the former industrial zone into a modern residential district. A particular highlight is that each apartment features spacious outdoor areas facing east or south, and despite its urban location a green living environment was created.

After purchasing the plot of land at the end of 2017, our long-standing general planner and partner Phase 5 GmbH began the planning process and obtained planning and building permission in September 2018. During the preparatory measures, the aftermath of a nearby former freight yard from the Second World War could be seen with a number of suspected weapon areas and heavy contamination of the ground. Now, after around 4 years of project work, we look proudly at a high-quality residential building and look forward to handing it over to the future residents in the near future.
