The new MO 26 office building, developed by D\u00fcsseldorf-based project developer Alfons & alfreda, was completed in 2023 and offers flexible rental space that can be individually tailored to the needs of a broad range of users. The modern workspaces are complemented by spacious terraces and green courtyards, which offer additional places for interaction and relaxation with a high quality of stay.<\/p>

In addition to classic office space, the property also offers several areas on the ground floor that can be used as laboratory space. The anchor tenant in the building is the Stuttgart branch of the construction company Bremer.
