As an award-winning operator in the branded hotel segment in the DACH region, it has been a partner of numerous franchisors such as Hilton, Marriot, Accor, and IHG for many years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to hotel rentals, the Quartier has recently received DGNB Gold pre-certification. There are also plans to upgrade it to Platinum status .
