On October 28, 2021, the topping-out ceremony for our \"Mo 26\" project took place. The shell of the new building was completed at the end of October. Construction will be completed in the fourth quarter of 2022.<\/p>\n\n

The DGNB Gold pre-certified building, with a gross floor area of around 15,000 m\u00b2, impresses with its flexible space planning and excellent connectivity, which is underlined by WiredScore certification. The extensively landscaped inner courtyards and three roof terraces with views of the adjacent nature reserve allow for exceptional moments of relaxation within the office and give the spacious building a real neighborhood character.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
