Alfons & Alfreda has chosen Colliers as the lead broker for its visionary office project THE WID in Cologne-Ehrenfeld. With this choice, the company is ensuring the strategic marketing of the project and underlining the high relevance of the location for the Cologne office market.<\/p><\/div>

The commercial district development THE WID will create over 95,000 m\u00b2 of space, spread across ten separate buildings, which will house modern office space as well as a hotel and restaurants. Thanks to its granular structure, the project can respond flexibly to market requirements and cater to requests of various sizes.<\/p><\/div>

In addition, the development also offers individual, smaller users the opportunity to move into their own building, thus achieving a high degree of individuality. THE WID sets new standards for sustainable and innovative working environments in the cathedral city. Its central location in the dynamic Ehrenfeld district enables this forward-looking concept to become a significant development in the Cologne real estate market.<\/p><\/div>
