The supermarket, part of the project realized by FAY Projects and Alfons &amp; alfreda, covers an area of approximately 1,230 square meters in Building E at Stolberger Stra\u00dfe 345. In addition, there will be spacious terrace areas for outdoor seating, located in the arcade and directly adjacent to the oval courtyard of the OVUM. The project, developed by joint venture partners FAY Projects and Alfons &amp; alfreda, offers a total of 30,000 square meters of gold-certified commercial space that impresses with its high architectural and urban development quality.
